HookahSqueeze offers mineral-based flavor paste products specifically designed for use with hookah (water pipe) devices. Our products are formulated using food-grade glycerin, natural minerals, and flavor compounds.

Our products contain absolutely no nicotine and no tobacco. They are intended exclusively as flavor and aroma agents for hookah use. They are not designed for ingestion, and should not be consumed orally.

Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance, including packaging, may vary slightly. We strive to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display reflects the exact product appearance.

You must be at least 21 years of age to access, browse, or purchase products from this Site. By placing an order or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to request age verification at any point during the ordering or delivery process. Orders may be cancelled, and access may be revoked, if we have reason to believe the buyer does not meet the minimum age requirement.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We do not store your payment information on our servers — all payment data is handled directly by Shopify in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total order amount including shipping and tax.

The HookahSqueeze name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of HookahSqueeze. Use of these marks without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or servers

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in the State of Florida.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HookahSqueeze regarding your use of the Site.
