Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) where applicable.

International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this page when international shipping becomes available.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping methods. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available via USPS.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) and begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, and weather.

Orders over $39.99 qualify for free standard shipping automatically β€” no coupon code needed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Order summary and tracking number
  • Carrier information (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Direct link to track your package

During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing times may extend to 3–4 business days. We will communicate any delays via email.

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you can track your package through:

  • The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Your account dashboard on hookahsqueeze.us (if registered)
  • Directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number

Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation email. If tracking shows no movement after 48 hours, please allow one additional business day before contacting us, as carriers sometimes experience delays in scanning.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@hookahsqueeze.us. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, address changes are subject to carrier fees.

Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, stolen, or damaged during transit:

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows no updates for 7+ business days, or delivery was confirmed but you haven't received the package, contact us within 14 days. We will file a claim with the carrier and either re-ship or issue a refund.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  • Stolen Packages: We recommend selecting a secure delivery location. For confirmed deliveries that were stolen, we encourage filing a police report. We evaluate these cases individually and may offer a one-time courtesy re-shipment.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take additional time beyond the estimates listed above:

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Standard shipping may take 7–14 business days. Expedited options are available.
  • U.S. Territories: Delivery times vary by location. USPS is typically the carrier for territory shipments.

Standard shipping rates apply. Expedited shipping surcharges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii destinations.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During major holidays and peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), carrier networks experience high volume that may affect delivery times. We recommend:

  • Ordering early to ensure timely delivery
  • Selecting expedited shipping for time-sensitive orders
  • Checking our social media or site banners for any holiday shipping deadlines

We are not responsible for carrier delays during peak periods but will do our best to keep you informed of any known disruptions.
