Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to start your return:
Contact Us
Email returns@hookahsqueeze.us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive RMA
We'll review your request within 1–2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions.
Ship It Back
Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in our return instructions.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed. Always obtain your RMA before shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged/defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no additional cost to you. Here's what to do:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue
- Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Upon verification, we will offer you the choice of:
- Full replacement shipped at no charge, or
- Full refund to your original payment method
In most cases for damaged items, you will not need to ship the product back — simply dispose of the damaged item safely.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Rejected refunds: You will be notified with the reason. The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase (USD). Any exchange rate differences are the responsibility of your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please:
- Initiate a return for the original item following the process above
- Place a new order for the desired product
This ensures the fastest processing time for both your refund and your new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order:
- Email support@hookahsqueeze.us with your order number
- Include “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once you receive it, subject to the return policy above.
